How to find your Player ID
In versions with the Player ID control, open Settings and tap Player ID · tap to copy, then paste it into your email. If the ID is unavailable, connect to the internet and reopen Settings. Older versions may not display this control.
If you cannot access the Game or find an ID, email us anyway and describe your situation. You do not need to reinstall the Game. If possible, contact us before clearing app storage, because removing local identifiers can make records harder to locate. Do not send passwords, sign-in tokens, or payment-card details.
The Player ID identifies a Unity player record. Firebase and advertising services use separate identifiers, so this ID alone may not identify every provider record. We may need further information to process those requests. The current Game uses a pseudonymous Unity identifier without requiring a named account or Google sign-in.
In-game Unity analytics deletion
Adults can open Settings → Terms → Delete Analytics Data. This turns off Unity gameplay analytics and sends a deletion request to Unity Analytics when the service connection succeeds. It does not delete Unity Authentication, Firebase, advertising, purchase records, or local progress, and it does not guarantee immediate deletion. Contact us if the request cannot connect or you want broader deletion.
Data covered by your request
- Player identifiers and associated service records: we handle deletion of records controlled by DistractionsForge and request deletion through the relevant service providers, subject to verification and available identifiers.
- Analytics and online gameplay records: this includes identifiable usage events and any cloud progress associated with your player record in versions where cloud save is enabled. The current release configuration does not enable Google sign-in or cloud save.
- Provider records: Unity, Google/Firebase, advertising, and purchase services have separate deletion processes. Where a provider controls data independently, we will explain the applicable request route. Deleting Game data does not delete your Google account.
Timing and retained data
We aim to handle verified requests within 30 days and will explain any additional time needed for provider processing or backups. This is not a promise that every provider record is erased within 30 days.
Transaction records needed to fulfil purchases, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations may be retained. A minimal support record may also be kept to document the request. Any additional retention depends on the record and applicable obligation; we will explain the types kept, the reason, and the applicable period when handling your request. The Game does not have a blanket policy of deleting all user data within 90 days.
Remove progress from your device
To remove local levels, scores, currency, rewards, and preferences, clear the Game’s storage in Android settings. Uninstalling may remove local data, but device backups can retain or restore it. Clearing storage or uninstalling does not request deletion from online services.
